Scorpions

I saw my second ever scorpion today, and this one was still live and running around!

Jerry helped me get him in a ziploc, where he kinda curled up and stopped moving. I thought blowing the bag up might help, if he couldn't breathe, but in retrospect, I was just blowing carbon dioxide.

Once he was safely in the bag, I slipped a pencil in and tried to get him to sting it… He perked up a bit and assumed a stance, but he wouldn't sting. Oh well, I smooshed him and trashed him.

I googled around for a while to try and identify which species it was, but the closest I got was this image from a generic "all about scorpions" page. This picture is the spitting image, though. Can anyone ID this little guy for me?
