Bats!

You know how people always forget to do the touristy stuff in their own home town? Since I moved near Zilker park, I've resolved to sample all the cultural stuff I can, and tonight I decided to ride my bike over to Congress Bridge and see the famous nightly swarm of Mexican Free-Tailed bats.

It was a pretty cool show, it started at about 8:20pm and ended with enough daylight left for me to ride home safely. It was a pretty cool experience overall, although I did get pooped on TWICE!
