Atari have licensed gizmos that you can plug into your tv and play old
arcade games on- Nintendo does NOT. This is a straight up pirated
Chinese knockoff, for sale in the center of the biggest mall in Austin!
(for the record, aside from the startup screen, it's a perfect
recreation. Not suprising since they probably started from a ROM dump)

I saw that at Lakeline Mall a couple of years ago, around Christmas time. I remember one of the games they included was "Afro Mario" (just Mario Bros. with the sprites updated to have afros).
